Why did you choose Gwynedd?
As a student in public school, I did not initially consider Gwynedd as an option. However, I quickly realized that being at an all-girls school provided me with so many opportunities in athletics and a well-balanced yet rigorous class schedule that I hadn't had before.
What extracurriculars are you involved in?
I am involved in Student Council (Public Relations Officer),
L.E.A.D. Council, National Honor Society (Vice President), and the Volleyball Team (currently serving as Team Manager/Assistant Coach due to an injury).
What is your favorite subject?
My favorite class this year is Psychology because it combines my interests in STEM and human interaction.
What is your favorite part about being a Gwynedd Girl?
Every day is something new! There are so many areas to get involved in and you can do more than one thing in a school day — from academics and clubs built-in during the day to athletics and performing arts after school.
Do you have any tips for those preparing to apply to high school?
Make the most of your 7th and 8th grade visitation days! You can’t describe Gwynedd without truly being part of it, experiencing how many different clubs and activities we have to offer, and seeing how strong, fun, and helpful our community is.
